Positive: Our favorite thing about the property was the location! It was in a nice little alley so you will still secluded and not right on anything, but very close walking distance to honestly everything. Specifically VERY close to the Pantheon and the Piazza, only 10-15 minutes from the Trevi, and everything is honestly no more than a 30 minutes walk. The space was nice and comfortable, some of the decor options were funny (ex, little trinkets, a gaming chair for seating) but we enjoyed it. And there was good food all around and right outside the door even! There was AC in both bedrooms that got very cold which was awesome, and the bedrooms were on each end of the house so it was very spaced out and nice. There was also a little balcony off the kitchen. Now the view was just walls, but it’s a little bonus for anyone who would need to smoke outside, etc. He typically communicated well, but we didn’t have any problems. The only time we had a slight issue with the communication was during check in. No one is there to greet you, you just use an online button to unlock the door and go up to the room then you also press a button on your phone to unlock (he also leaves a key if you prefer that). We messaged him when we arrived and he didn’t respond until about 10 hours later- but it was nothing urgent. Would stay again!!

Negative: We had minimal issues with the property! They give you like 5 sampler shampoo packets, but there was no conditioner or body wash. The shower however had great water pressure & BONUS they had a great hairdryer and diffuser! Just make sure you bring your own products, or just buy some at the convenience store down the road. The comforters on the beds also weren’t really comforters, they were like a thin sheet and a thinner sheet. The AC gets super cold so the beds couldn’t get you very warm, but I would definitely choose that over no AC and being hot! The wifi was also very spotty and not the absolute best but not the worst.
