Positive: Unique rooms. Quiet. Private. Nice views and spaces. Good wifi. Comfy beds. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Negative: Kitchen was not complete (no pots). Even though we knew it was not anywhere close to the water it is listed as waterfront.

Summary: Good jumping off point for Cabo Pulmo.good local restaurants and some hikes
