Positive: The villa is beautiful and very well-planned. There are 3 main locations where a large group of people can hang out and have quality time together. The pool is wonderful for late afternoon swims in the summer. The main balcony on the first floor is for morning coffee. The barbecue area behind is for the night activities such as dinner, card games or just for some beers and a laugh. We used the barbecue as well when we had a group dinner. The fridge and dishwasher are so convenient to have outside. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped with everything you need. There are ACs where you want them. The toilet and shower are also good. We were a group of 15 people - 3 singles and 6 couples. Only one couple had to sleep in a non-private room, which was okay for such a large group. The parking lot can be used by 4 cars for sure. The village itself is amazing as well - taverns, supermarkets, gas stations - everything you need. Supermarkets close at around 22:00 oclock. But we found a wonderful Bulgarian woman who owns a small shop on the street below the villa. The shop works until 00:30 AM, but it's not marked on Google Maps. The keys are located in a very convenient place. Since we were a big group of people, it was very important for us that we could store them somewhere if someone wanted to get back to the villa. Can't wait to go back!
