Positive: I cannot recommend this apartment enough. It was perfectly located on the edge of town overlooking a pasture and a short walk from a woodland with a tranquil waterfall. We walked into Kobarid every evening which allowed us to sample all the wonderful Slovanian wine on offer there. It's such a plus to be able to walk everywhere from your accommodation. Nives was one of the most hospitable and lovely people I ever met travelling and she greeted us with a bottle of wine and some basics (coffee, biscuits, jam, butter etc.) for our stay. 10/10!
