The apartment is located on the second and last floor of a building with an elevator. The entrance opens directly onto the living area, a single large space featuring an open kitchen, a dining table and a comfortable sofa bed. From this area you can access a small balcony overlooking the courtyard of the building. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including dishwasher, kettle, microwave and juicer.Through the stairs you can access a mezzanine that has a queen-size bed and a desk where you can comfortably work and a skylight that illuminates the environment. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom, equipped with a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
