Il se situe au deuxième étage et donne sur les arbres et le ciel.
C'est un appartement lumineux et charmant, et il est équipé pour les enfants, petits et grands : nous avons deux fils de 11 et 4 ans !
Nous aimons les livres, la cuisine et la musique et notre logement est bien équipé pour ça !

Dans le salon, il y a un canapé lit confortable et large (couchage en 160x190).

Le logement est à proximité du stade de France (épreuves d'athlétisme des Jeux Olylmpiques de Paris 2024) et du centre aquatique. 15 mn en voiture et 30mn en vélo.
Le quartier est très sympathique avec un grand parc juste en face de la résidence. Le jardin en bas de l'appartement est également libre d'accès pour les résidents, on peut y jouer au Molkï, à la pétanque ou au ballon (jeux dispos dans notre appartement).

Le quartier est calme mais vivant avec un marché à 5 minutes à pieds et un cinéma et une bibliothèque à 10 minutes.
Centre de Paris (République) à 20 minutes en métro direct.
Les berges du canal de l’Ourq (10 mn à pieds) et le parc de la Villette sont accessibles à pieds très facilement.
