This houseboat has 2 Queen beds, 1 Double bed and 1 Twin bed. The houseboat has a flat-screen TV with cable in the living room along with complimentary WiFi. When you enter the boat, you walk into the kitchen and can either go downstairs to the bedrooms and bathrooms or take the spiral stairs up to the living/dining area. The sliding glass doors in the living area, opens out to a back patio which, provides the magnificent view of the open waters inside our marina.

Summary: We LOVED the Grey Lady and Mangrove Marina. Like another reviewer stated - location, location, location, which is why I picked this particular houseboat for my husband and I. It sits at the end of the marina with unobstructed views. I only have a few minor complaints. 1) I did not receive any communication regarding the check in process. We arrived at the marina around 4:30 pm and had to call the phone number listed in VRBO to find out how to check in. 2) there was an overwhelming smell of air freshener on the boat that did not go away even with windows open and lastly the TVs did not work. Again, these were minor annoyances. If you have a group or kids, I would recommend bringing games/activities as there were none on the boat-comparing to other VRBOs. Also I did not find any extra blankets for chilly weather. There is plenty of refrigerator space. No stove or oven. Hot plates for cooking and a basic amount of utensils. We would totally stay here again. We loved the community gathering spot with a giant fire pit, bar, food truck and heated pool. Everyone was very friendly and the location was great.
