Positive: - Love the view from the balcony and the playground around the corner. - It's quite a spacious place. - The landlord also had two bottles of water ready for us + a beer from the local brewery which was very kind. - The host made us truly feel like we are staying at a place that is owned by one of our uncles and aunties. - tons of utensils --> if you plan to cook -> the kitchen got you covered

Negative: - Typical traditional German had to pay for "Wäsche". Showcases the unwillingness of germans to adapt to international standards and factor it into the total price. Even though being familiar with the concept it feels like a scam. - Also a lot of items were wrapped in plastic covers and couches in blankets which made it a bit less welcoming
