This 1355 sqft. ground floor end unit condo features a spacious living area incorporating a dining area, a den with an additional pull-out-sofa and a florida room with sliding doors to the patio. In the livingroom and in the master bedroom are a 50" flat screen-TV, a couch and two loveseats. A smaller TV is in the guest bedroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances including microwave, matching dinner- and glasware. All other household aids are on site.
The master suite features a large bedroom with a king-size-bed and dressing area, a vanity with sink, a "comfort high" toilet and walk-in-closet. All linens and towels are provided.
The guest-bedroom has a queen-size bed and sliding doors to private patio.
Separate laundry room off of lanai has washer and dryer for your privacy. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler in the storage room.

You can use the heated swimmingpool which is close to the condo, the library and the clubhouse with BBQ. Another BBQ just off the condo.
