Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location being less than 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins walk from Flagler Avenue. Pool and outside area is spot on is a nice sun trap.
Negative: Master bedroom bed is slightly too big for the size of the room and could do with a re-think about style/ positioning of the bed. The pool area is artificial grass which gets very hot quickly compared to natural grass, so can be tricky to walk on if not wearing any footwear.
Summary: This was our 5th stay in New Smyrna Beach and it has to be the best so far for us! Some minor issues with the property (
