The home sits high with a pleasant view of the surrounding homes, has plenty of light, high ceilings, large eat-in kitchen, two porches, oversized garage for bikes and beach equipment, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for 8.
The ground floor features a private Queen bedroom and full bath. Entry from the front door or garage.
On the 2nd level, your family can gather around the TV, the kitchen table or outside on the 2nd story porch. The kitchen is well appointed; plenty of places to sit, eat and relax. Access to half bath.
The top floor features a large King Master Suite with walk-in closet, large bathroom: tiled shower, jet tub, double vanity and private commode. The other two bedrooms face the front of the house, one with a Full Bed and the other with a set of Twin Beds. Access to full hall bath and laundry.
