Center with Pool, Hot Tub, Indoor Pool, Tennis, Kids Splash Zone, Basketball, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Volleyball, Workout Room and Oasis Bar & Grill. The Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, community playground, pier, nature trails, bike paths, clubhouse and more are all part of this award winning Community. Indoor pool and new state of the art gym just opened!!!!
Bayside is conveniently located at Routes 54 and 20 and just minutes from the ocean. Don't worry about driving to the beach, the community offers shuttle service for you to and from the beach.(Memorial Day through Labor Day). Nearby beaches include Bethany, Fenwick, Rehoboth, Dewey and Ocean City. There's a lot for the whole family to enjoy together on the nearby boardwalks in Bethany, Rehoboth and Ocean City. In addition, there are many amusement parks, mini golf courses and water parks. There are many restaurants close by, and shoppers will delight in the wide variety of nearby shopping from trendy boutiques to tax free famous name outlets. The Harris Teeter grocery store is open 24 hours and conveniently located in the Bayside community.

Guests will enjoy this home with all pillow top mattresses in each room of the four spacious bedrooms including two master suites with king beds (first story/second story), third bedroom has a king bed and the fourth has a pyramid bunk bed (twin/double) with trundle twin and three and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom has it's own TV with DVD player some also have VCR's.
The loft and great room both have a queen sleeper sofa and their own TV and DVD player. Enjoy meals in the oversized eat-in kitchen with seating for at least 10. The kitchen is fully equipped with every kitchen convenience from convection and microwave ovens, to a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and more. All new stainless appliances, cherry cabinets and granite counter tops. Plus a TV and DVD player.
The great room comes complete to meet all of your entertainment needs. Including a large flat screen LCD television with DVD, game table, fireplace and more. The loft is well suited to entertain kids of all ages with a large screen TV with DVD player, Play Station, and various board games and books. There is a large laundry room and linens & bathroom towels are included. The home is fully decorated in a beach/tropical/golf theme with lovely beach tranquil pleasing colors and a beach wall mural.
There is an additional optional activity fee required by Bayside Community for the use of the amenities (2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, tennis, gym, activities and more). Each guest age 5 and up must have a valid guest pass in order to access any of the Sports Club amenities or to participate in any activities. Weekly passes are $70 each. 3-Day passes (valid for 3 consecutive days) are $45 each. Passes must be ordered and paid for two weeks in advance.
The cleaning fee is included, however, there may be a cleaning fee added for stays of 2 nights or less.
