Indoor and outdoor pools, fitness room, splash pad, interactive fountain, kiddie pool, 3 private beaches on the bay, crabbing and fishing pier, onsite restaurant with poolside service*, tiki bar* and live music during the season. Pick up your morning coffee and pastry at the community store*, just 1/2 block away from the condo and enjoy it while relaxing on the balcony.
Large, updated, fully equipped kitchen with island. New stainless steel appliances, microwave, ice maker, separate drink fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Plenty of storage for groceries including a separate pantry. Kitchen opens to a separate dining area and living room. Smart TVs in living room and bedrooms with full cable access.
Master bedroom has a King Size bed and en suite double sink bathroom. Second and third bedrooms have Queen size beds. Living room has a pull out sofa.
Full size washer and dryer in the unit for your laundry needs during your stay. Locked storage unit in garage with beach chairs and wagon for guest's use. Free high speed WiFi included in rental.
If you venture outside of Sunset Island you can walk to multiple restaurants, shopping, ice cream and mini golf. Rentals for kayaks, paddle boards and boats just outside of the front gate. Bus stop not far from entrance to Sunset Island. So much to see and do within a short walk!
