All rooms are air conditioned and located on the upper floors of the villa. En-suite bathrooms are equipped with all necessary amenities such as soap, towels, hair dryers and other accompanying material. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. The spacious upper floor features a well-equipped playroom for children that will surely delight the youngest guests.
The charming ground floor of the villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and an airy living room where you can enjoy a quiet afternoon with family and friends. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, and in addition to the stove, oven, freezer, dishwasher, you will also find an ice maker, filter coffee machine and more.
On the lovely terrace you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the beautiful, heated pool (4mx7m) surrounded by sun loungers. The pool is heated at maximum 25 degrees. The fully fenced yard further features and outdoor table and barbecue you can enjoy pleasant moments breathing the aromatic air of the Mediterranean while sipping on a glass of wine in the pleasant shade. Yoga equipment is also available in the villa.
