Summary: I’d like to preface this by saying the gal that checked us in and then immediately out was sweet and did her job well. The room smelled like wet mold, bedding was damp, accent runner on beds were visibly stained and the accent pillows had white bugs crawling on them. I’m sure they were on the bedding as well but the bedding was white…. The runners and accent pillows were bright red. She offered to change us rooms but let’s be serious that bug infestations are not usually limited to one room. We checked out easily and were refunded. Holiday Inn was gracious and clean.
