Positive: The apartment is a studio type. Small and compact but with everything you need for a short stay. On the main path within ORTIGA and just around the corner to the famous Montelbano house. Situated directly on a beach area. It has a small main room with microwave, fridge, and coffee/tea available. Seating area with TV. Larger bedroom with a very comfortable bed, large wardrobe, and bedside tables. Bathroom nice size with all modern fittings. Generous extras such as soap, cleaning products for the sandy feet, etc. WiFi is available, and there are cafes, restaurants, and bars around. This is essential because there are no cooking facilities, plus who wants to cook on holiday. The owner was very helpful and gave a warm and helpful welcome with her daughter on our arrival. With helpful information. Our 2 night stay, which gave us a full day at the beach, was excellent. The beach is small but safe to swim. I would recommend spending a relaxing day or two here. But be aware that the only access to the studio is via the main room. This is through a double glass panel door and front blue shutter doors from the street. That is part of the charm of the little studio. However, this gives no privacy if left open because passers-by can see directly in to room. There is air-conditioning in the main room, but to have a sea breeze, the shutter door has to be closed for privacy.
