Step out on to the spacious screened porch to share conversation while gathered around the table for four or in the seating area. The dining area has a table that comfortably seats 6. Nearby is the fully stocked kitchen. The property has Xfinity Gigabit Internet with blazing fast WIFI in case you have to take a working vacation.

ACCOMODATIONS: There are three bedrooms and a loft offering sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom is off the living room and has a king bed, SmartTV . The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with ROKU Smart TV. The kids will love sleeping in the twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Head upstairs to the loft to read, and relax and while lounging on the day bed. This room is open to the living area below, and can accommodate 2 additional guests on the day bed and trundle bed underneath.

This home is so close to everything! Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
