Positive: Breakfast was nice. Had scrambled egg and toast, which were tasty. The bed was comfy and it was nice to have Netflix and other tv options.
Negative: There was a bit of a smell from the bathroom which went away when I ran the shower for a bit.
Summary: Sandy, the owner, is a very friendly and attentive host.
