Set in the south of Ibiza, our beloved Mediterranean residence provides everything you need for a restful stay. Located tranquil surrounds, above the bay of Talamanca, it has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. A private driveway with electric gates leads to the house's own plot, where you will find a parking place with garage. A beautifully gardened fruit orchard, a large semi-covered terrasse with a barbecue area and a salt-water swimming pool ensure pleasant outdoor amenities. Talamanca's long and sandy beach can easily be accessed in a few minutes walk. The contemporary and exclusive interior of this residence ensures leisure at its best. The entire house is equipped with central heating. Additionally, all four bedrooms have wardrobes and air-conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while a third bathroom is available for the other two bedrooms. A fourth bathroom is also situated on the ground floor. The completely furnished and equipped kitchen accommodates, amongst many other things, a dishwasher and a micro-wave oven.
