Since its construction in 1928, it has been the property of the Fontanals family.
The family that used to live in the house, as well as running the lands had to work one-day a week for the owners of the house to pay the rent.
The last inhabitants left the house to go to live in the village, and it remained empty for a few years until 1985, when it was renovated by its current owner, a process which took 17 years to complete. Later, it was again uninhabited and then became an independent rural tourism accommodation.
Casa Fontanals is located in the heart of the Alt Penedès. It is a Catalan farmhouse, surrounded by the vineyards of the Fontanals family, in a peaceful, comfortable and relaxing setting, ideal for children.

On the ground floor there is a spacious garage for 4 cars, a games room with a billiards table of standard sizes and a WC.
