A comfortable two floor townhouse very close to the beautiful Salinas and Mar Menor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds, A/C and fans. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with afternoon and evening sun. There is also a big bathroom. Downstairs you have the saloon with A/C, a table, couch, armchair and a big smart TV, as well as the kitchen. There is also an office with a two man desk, office chairs and an extra 90' single bed. You also have a little laundry room and a smaller bathroom downstairs. The garden mainly has afternoon and evening sun. Almost all the garden and the balcony can be covered by awnings to provide shade. You will find two couches and table in the garden as well as a barbeque and various plants. In the back there is a patio with plastic roof, that can be partly opened. Also has a table and chairs. Here you mainly have morning sun. There is storage between the garden and patio.
The house is only a 5 minute walk from Salinas, which is a natural reserve, where you can see flamingos and other birds in the salt pools. The beach in Mar Menor is about a 15 minute walk, where you also have the famous mud baths. The closest Mediterranean beach is around a 20 minute walk. There is a beautiful hike all around the Salinas which is about 11km long which is partly beach. Can be walked or biked. There is a bicycle rent shop around 5 minutes from the house. There are bars, cafes and restaurants close by. One of the closest being in the botanical gardens.
