Positive: The location was awesome! We loved the views and "meeting" some of the wildlife, like deer and wild turkey right out of the front door. We liked the bed, it was comfortable, and the A/C was much appreciated.
Negative: The shower! The door wouldn't shut, and the showerhead had to be pointed at the wall. The shower still leaked. Shower needs to be resealed, and door needs to be fixed. BUGS, especially ants. Had to buy ant traps. Need to look into the carpenter ant issue, may have already gotten into the front door jam...was not very sturdy. The chairs were not comfortable at all. Could the owner possibly look into adding a bureau right outside the bathroom (not much room in there to store our bathroom stuff), and more comfy seating?
Summary: Fantastic views and location. Would definitely stay again if owner made some slight improvements.
