Rua do Carmo is typically Bahian, eclectic and artistic full of caffè and well-known restaurants and where the residents make the street completely authentic and experience a very cozy, relaxing and colorful atmosphere.
At 5 minutes walking from Pelourinho, the area is much quieter and much safer than Pelourinho.
