A quiet place to relax and unwind after exploring our great Melbourne, our easy care stay packs in a lot to make sure your stay is restful. With wifi included, you can hop on the breakfast bar to send a quick email, watch the latest on the smart TV or put your feet up on our super comfy queen size bed. A great base where you can walk to cafes, restaurants and the pub.
Our place is modern and fuss free with beautiful hybrid Oak look floors highlighting the casual living area. Lay back on the 2.5 seater sofa that’s surrounded by occasional tables where you can watch the 43inch Smart TV. There’s a breakfast bar in the well equipped kitchen with a fridge large enough for a week’s groceries, a gas stove and all your essentials to make breakfast or a quick dinner. The bedroom is on the north side with a luxurious queen size bed, plenty of storage, extra blankets and pillows. The bathroom is fresh and white with a shower, corner vanity, toilet and combo washer/dryer so you can wash your clothes while you’re out and about enjoying our city. Feel secure with its security door entry to let in the summer breeze, or keep it closed to take in the full impact of the reverse cycle air conditioner. Open air parking at the rear of the block or on the street if needed. Stay connected with wifi.

Super central, yet quiet in a wide back street, you can walk to the Moonee Valley Racecourse, shops and trams from this inner city address. Our place is in a small group of five units with parking at the back. Please be considerate of your neighbours when entering and leaving the property. The property is allergy-friendly with hard floors and roller blinds. It is light filled, but doesn’t get direct sunlight. In terms of outdoor space, there is a small undercover area at the entrance.
