The home is also 45 minutes from The Greenbrier Resort, in White Sulfer Springs. Buffalo farms and local attractions are within miles of the home. The home is 70 years old, hardwood flooring and clean new carpeting, comfortable furnishings with all clean new bedding. Home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 queens and 2 standard, 2 sleeper sofas and has spacious room for child care equipment if needed. All dishes and cookware supplied, full size electric stove and refrigerator in addition to washer and dryer. The home offers 1 full acre of yard with a huge deck in rear facing mountains in view (great for entertaining ) and a covered front porch with swing and sitting availablility The house is a very comfortable cottage with propane heat units available year round in addition to a wood burning buck stove in front living room.
