Positive: House inside is very clean, comfortable, has everything you need for the stay, though the coffee machine was not working since it required descaling, it should have been ensured it’s fully functional before new the guests arrive.

Negative: Unfortunately, the outdoor areas were very disappointing and appeared to have been neglected for quite some time. The backyard and back patio were overgrown with weeds, and the outdoor table and chairs were old, dirty, and covered in mold, making them unusable. The property did not include a grill, and there was no outdoor shower or even a garden hose available, which would have been helpful after spending time outside. The lawn had clearly not been mowed in a long time. The pier and bench by the pond were in poor condition and did not feel safe to use. The pond itself was heavily overgrown, further detracting from the property’s appearance. Overall, the outdoor space did not reflect the listing or provide a comfortable, usable area to relax. It would greatly benefit from regular maintenance and better upkeep. It definitely doesn’t meet the standard of a luxury retreat.
