Summary: Pros: property is in a gated community with a lovely pool and the property owner was very communicative and helpful during the hiccups with our stay. Cons: the A/C was not working when we arrived, but the owner graciously provided fans to alleviate the heat. Cons: The apartment was not very clean upon arrival. There were bottles in the fridge and crumbs on the floor of the kitchen. The AC being out and then the electricity being out upon our arrival the second day was an unfortunate scenario outside of the control of the property owner. She did take actions to remedy these things, though, so I was very appreciative of that. Due to the issues with the AC, towels that had been washed were left in the washing machine instead of dried, which I didn’t notice until the last day; therefore I was thankful I had my own towels with us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Atlanta, but the apartment did disappoint us a bit.
