This home has gone through a complete remodel within the last few years but still maintains all of the character and charm that was built into it in 1960. The house has two bedrooms, with two queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. It's in a quiet neighborhood and has great views of the night sky but is still only 6 miles from downtown.

Our guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the master closet where supplies are stowed. In addition, the large fenced back yard, deck, and charcoal grill are yours to enjoy. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook that family meal. Have a special request? Just hit me up before you arrive and I will do my best to accommodate it.
Situated on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood, this property affords total privacy. Within a mile are a grocery store and several restaurants. Close by as well are The Blue Ridge Parkway, Downtown Asheville, The Biltmore Estate, and Lake Lure.
Located 1.5 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 2 miles from I-40 and I-240, 3 miles from Tunnel Rd, 5 miles to the gates of the Biltmore, and just 6 miles from downtown Asheville.
As an animal lover myself, I am happy to host your house broken dogs for a small fee ($30 per dog). The backyard boasts a large fenced area for your dog or if you prefer, I am happy to connect you with my sister's doggie daycare located steps from the gates of the Biltmore Estate.
