Summary: I was working in Humble for 10 days and chose to stay here. The location is easy to find. Sam (owner) is super friendly. Showed me where to park. They have covered parking. Then he showed me around the facility and the unit. One evening the nearby water main broke. Sam brought me two gallons of water and put it by my door. The space is very quiet and the pool is very nice. It has a tanning shelf, and big enough for multiple people to be in there without having issues. The apt. was just how it was shown. Everything was new or updated and worked properly. When I am back I will stay here again. The only thing that is an issue and not Sam’s fault is my AT&T phone did not have reception inside the apt. Even with the very good and fast wifi.. I had to open the balcony door to get cell service. Small price to pay for the location and unit.
