1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways.
2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.
4. No smoking inside the apartment.
5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.
6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking.
7. Tourist tax of โฌ6.88 per night per guest applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days.
8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Late arrival fees: โฌ25 after 8PM, โฌ50 after 12PM (paid in cash or by card).
