On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, directly by the river, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: garden. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Narrow motor access to the grounds, except in winter 200 m. Footpath to the house. Public parking 200 m. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 300 m, indoor swimming pool 50 m. Tennis 500 m, ski lift, ski school, cross country ski track, ice rink 350 m.

Summary: Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet. Sie hat einen kleinen aber sehr nützlichen Eingangsbereich und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits vom Dorf an einer wunderbaren sonnigen Lage, tolle Aussicht. Einzig das Klappbett könnte ein bisschen besser sein.
