Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The property has an amazing outlook , especially sunsets. Yes the access is via steps but the village of Filoti is great. Locals are very hospitable including the two donkeys on the path leading to the house. Taverns, cafes and all you need are a stroll away. A car is recommended to get to all the spectacular beaches all recommended by our host. We loved our stay and would gladly return.
Negative: In the peak of summer it got really hot downstairs in the living area, a nice strong fan would do the trick. The rooms are air conditioned so sleeping is fine.
Summary: Loved the house, the locals, the village and beaches. Naxos is such a beautiful Cycladic island.
