The moment you walk through the large glass sliding door leading from the private patio with garden furniture it is clear to see that the layout and design has been well thought out bringing a home from home feel and tastefully thought out to the highest of 5 star standards.
This includes the hand made curtains and blinds by 'Iona Designs' in Perth, the Farrow and Ball paint used throughout the property, Scottish artwork prints as wall decoration, the Scottish manufactured Carron deep sunk double ended bath and the Morso wood burning stove. No expense has been spared to make this property unique in its appearance to stand out from the rest.
The open plan living area with large comfy sofas, hand made designer foot stool, flat screen TV with SKY package, Blu Ray DVD and a wood burning stove gives the Deerstalker a warm, cosy and welcoming feel. The dining area with table and chairs flows to the beautiful newly installed fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences including integrated dishwasher, double oven, larder fridge freezer and ceramic hob.
