This recently renovated one bedroom one bath cottage is only a 10-minute drive to the beaches of St. George Island or a 10-minute drive to the historical Apalachicola. Dolphin House #2 is great for an overnight or weekend stay. Up to 4 guests can be accommodated, with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. A smart TV is in the living room & wireless internet is available. In the Kitchenette you will find a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and small sink. (This house does NOT have a stove.) A propane grill is just outside the screened in porch. You can grill and enjoy a beautiful water view. This property is located between Dolphin House #1 and Dolphin House #3, all three homes share a driveway.

Summary: This was perfect for our 2 night stay. It was clean (including the Keurig) and there were plenty of linens and dishes. The heater worked great, though it’s a different kind of unit with a remote and a quick Google search told us how to set it. No big deal. Check-in/out was easy and straightforward & the keypad was simple and worked without issue. There was plenty of parking room. The location was great, close to restaurants and the forest. Considering the price, location, cleanliness, and ease of finding/accessing the property it was a great stay.
