Summary: This spacious home is clean and comfortable with modern touches everywhere for your convenience. The house has all new appliances and large screen televisions that work wonderfully. If you should have guests or a larger family it can accomdate up to 7 people. The kitchen has all the ammenities you need to cook meals there so you do not have to eat out all the time. The property is well maintained and grass is cut reguarly. The backyard is spacious and fenced in should you have pets. There is a wonderful gazebo with table and chairs to eat outside. There is also a pergola with a propane fire pit, glider chairs and colorful lighting to add to the relaxing setting. The home is conveniently located near the beautiful beaches and historic St. Augustine. It is set in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the water. Shopping for just about anything including restaurants is just minutes away. The owners stayed in touch with us to make sure that all was well and that we were enjoying our stay. I recommend and would rent again should we come back to visit St. Augustine.
