Summary: Rooms were smelling cigarets. English level of service was absolutly zero. Even simply question for :"check out?" started the confused hasling in reception. There was a free transportation from the airport but couldnt use it by lack of information where it leaves or how it works. Cant understand why simply information about opening hours of spa or breakfast werent in a prominant place. Spa and breakfast were fine. Overall cant recomend the hotel.
