One of the suites has around 80m2 and private balcony with spectacular view of the beach and of Engenho Farm, including Baepi hill. More 2 bedrooms, 3 spacious living rooms (one with fireplace), double height ceiling. American kitchen connected with the living rooms. Toilet, big larder, laundry room, caretaker´s apartment, barbecue grill and wood stove. Beautiful gardens inside and outside make the house a pleasant and comfortable place.
