Positive: Good upgrade of an older home. New appliances. Nice welcoming with wine and chocolate. Had minor issues with heat and AC, owners response was very quick and attention to detail. Tks.
Negative: Could use cooking bowls in kitchen and large frying pan. Shower head low low pressure, advised owner, should be small plumbing fix. Also. Needs bathmat in shower.
