Your hosts are Matthew & Lavinia who are super friendly and love hosting guests on their property. You will have this entire cottage to yourselves.

The cosy cottage has 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds and 2 bathrooms on 5 acres of farmland. We grow fruit trees, herbs, vegetables with loads of ornamental flowers/trees and have beehives.
The Space:
**Please let us know if you're bringing a pet** When you arrive, Lavinia & Matthew will welcome you and show you your accommodation. There is a detailed folder with lots of info about the accommodation and what is in the area.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. A sizeable kitchen with dining room and lounge combined. Linen and kitchen utensils provided for 6 people. There is a double sofa bed available upon request for 1-2 guests (please note there is an extra person fee automatically added for 7th or 8th guest). A portacot and high chair is available upon request. The house has original artwork on the walls that Lavinia has painted and are for sale. We supply cooking oils and condiments tea coffee and milk are all here for you.
Food shops are just down the road (IGA) and further afield Tahmoor Woolworths. We have fresh baked goods with a French twist just down the road. Including medical centre, cafes, pub, alcohol shop.
A buffet breakfast and/or a home cooked dinner is available upon request. These both cost $40 per adult/per meal and $20 per child/per meal. A breakfast hamper is also available and this costs $150 (enough for 6 people). The breakfast hamper includes: Vienna bread (locally baked), Danish pastries (3 cherry and 3 apricot danish), a dozen local fresh eggs, streaky bacon (12 rashers), 100 grams homemade marmalade jam, 100 grams fresh honey (from the farm), 2 punnets of strawberries, 2 punnets of blueberries, Mainland spreadable butter, granola (made by Lavinia), Country Valley 1 litre full cream milk, 2 x Country Valley lush yoghurt 375 g, 2 litres of Cedar Creek apple juice all for you to enjoy.
Visiting a nearby farm to hand feed animals can be arranged at an extra price. The price is $40 per car load (eg 2 cars of people is $80).
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole house and there are multiple spaces available for parking. Access to swim spa from 8 am to 7 pm (heated all year round), extensive gardens and barbeque and outdoor dining available situated next to the main house of Matthew & Lavinia.

Thirlmere is a small semi-rural town in the Macarthur Region of New South Wales, Australia, in Wollondilly Shire. Popularly known for its railway origins, the town is located 89 km south west of Sydney (about a 60-minute drive), one third of the distance from Sydney to Canberra.
