Original and authentic experience in an old house renovated with respect. Dream location. View on fields, mountains, hills and woods. Peace and serenity, trees, herbs and flowers, chickens scratch around.
The decor and 'essential, nice and comfortable; Wooden floors, walls plastered in mud and straw, exposed beams. The house and 'immersed in the silence and beauty.
Surrounded by ancient oaks the house consists of a large open space where there is the kitchen / living room and a loft (very bright with windows on the roof), and a bedroom, and a bathroom.
The house has been renovated using only natural materials.
Every place near the house is a wonderful walk: wood on the peak is full of asparagus in spring as well as the olive grove. I chose this place to carry on natural agriculture projects and live in peace.
San Severino is 5km away. There is a bus stop 15 minutes' walk from home.
