Positive: Amazing location and convenient to the beach. We were less than a block away from the beach and easy, short walk to shops and restaurants. The views from the patio were amazing! There were plenty of space for our family of 6.
Negative: The sheets in one bed were not clean when we arrived. We had to replace the sheets ourselves on one of the kid's bunk beds. There were no beach amenities like chairs, toys, etc., provided by the property. So make sure to bring your own. There are three flights of stairs in the house to access the bedrooms and main living areas, so while it is not a problem for us, others may have issues.
Summary: Wonderful stay. We had so much fun at the beach.
