This charming little house is ideally located in the heart of the pink granite coast. The main room is located on the ground floor and includes a kitchen area completely refurbished in 2015 (new furniture and appliances: Bosch refrigerator, oven and hob Viva, Candy microwave, Rosière hood) a dining area (table 4 covers) and a lounge area. A toilet.
The first floor consists of two communicating bedrooms : the first is equipped with a 90x190 bed, a desk area and storage space, the second is fitted out with numerous cupboards and furnished with a new 160x200 bed and its mattress. The spacious and bright bathroom (shower) is accessible through this room. Bed linen and towels are new.
