Positive: Family friendly pool and grounds with comprehensive spa.

Negative: Was asked to upgrade to a room for only $600 more a night upon check-in. Waited until after 4pm to check-in because they didn’t have my phone number when they said they did but regardless, was stuck anyway at the pool cafe waiting for food that never came.
