Positive: Gokyo Thanka Inn is a proper hotel, not a lodge. The whole building is warm, including the rooms, 24/7. The owner of the hotel is always there; he is friendly, gives great advice, and really cares about each guest's stay. If you are still looking for somewhere to stay in Gokyo, look no further, this is the place.
