Newly re-decorated, all new living room/dining room furniture, spacious open family room with vaulted ceilings and new window treatments. All new Andersen sliding glass doors, new decks/porches and new porch furniture out back! New central A/C. New wall-to-wall carpet. A fully equipped kitchen with a brand new oven range. New washer & dryer. Master and back bed rooms can sleep to the sound of the ocean.

July and August: The OCNJ Boardwalk Trolley route goes up/down Wesley Ave (just behind our property). The Boardwalk Trolley runs every 15 minutes from 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. Driver stops at every corner on the route (23rd street).
All in season Rentals are weekly rentals only (from Saturday to Saturday) no weekend rentals between Memorial Day and Labor Day, we don't allow any pets and we are a smoke free home. No senior week groups. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
