The open living area offers plenty of comfortable seating to kick back in front of the TV or enjoy home cooked meals from the well-appointed kitchen. There is room for everyone to relax watch the boats and spectacular sunsets on the spacious waterfront balcony. Enjoy summertime fireworks at nearby Northside Park. Located within walking distance to the beach pools bus stop groceries shopping and dining. From Memorial Day through September take a dip in the community outdoor family lap and kiddie pools. 58-acre Northside Park is close by - it features a children's playground large outdoor exercise equipment a sports field and a paved path for running. The park also has a crabbing/fishing pier on Assawoman Bay. During the summer enjoy Sundaes in the Park with live music food and fireworks.
