Positive: Comfortable beds. Nice garden. Games room. Lots of jigsaws. Good location.

Negative: Freezing cold when we arrived and no idea how to work heating. (Although this was sorted out) House was dirty - bath was grimy, mouse droppings in lounge, damp and mould on walls. Felt like it needed an update - old bath and taps, old oven, no dishwasher etc. Garden wasn’t secure for dog.

Summary: Really nice location but house needs a refresh.
