Summary: We arrived at 1115pm with two sleeping children after purchasing "the last room" to hear that we had to wait while they cleaned the room! We sat in the lobby for over an hour. We weren't the only ones waiting either. If I wasn't going to lose the $180 we paid I would've drove another hour to get another room.
