Summary:
Your host is Ruth who is super friendly and loves hosting guests.
The accommodation is under the same roof of your hosts however the guest section is blocked off from the main house and guests have a private entry located on the verandah. All bedrooms, bathroom and living area is just for the guests only and private. The bathroom is an ensuite in one of the bedrooms.
Your stay includes continental breakfast.
The Space:
Two bedrooms are available for guest use - one well appointed queen sized bedroom with an ensuite and one bedroom containing 1 double bed. It's ideal for a total of 3 guests. It has a split system air con/heater.
A comfy sitting room adjoins the bedrooms and it has a TV and DVD player. There is a kettle, microwave, some dishes/silverware, tea and coffee for you to use. **Please note there is no kitchen or cooking facilities in this accommodation - just a microwave and kettle**.
Gardens surround the house, these consist of mature trees, shrubs and perennial planting. Many native birds call the property home. Hanging Rock and Mt Macedon are in easy reach.

Ruth lives on the edge of a rural community and are surrounded by horse or cattle properties. There are several places to eat at nearby including Holgates Hotel and The Victoria Hotel for pubs. Restaurants include Kuzu Izakaya (Japanese), Khao Jaow (Thai), Noodle Dynasty (Asian), Sizzler Restobar, Vespas Woodend (pizza), Super Lekker (Hamburger) or Double Eight (Chinese). Getting Around:
There is no public transport servicing our area and it's best to have your own car to self-drive. Taxi's/Ubers are available.
