This luxury holiday villa is amidst the green natural landscape along the Makarska Riviera around the Dalmatian locality Zadvarje. Here in the foothills of the Biokovo mountains you can find absolute privacy for a relaxing and leisurely holiday.
You will be renting two buildings, the main house and an annex with additional bedrooms and bathrooms. It comprises an open living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. The two-storey main house has an air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room with a comfortable leather sofa, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a stereo system and a dining table with eight chairs. The built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a dishwasher, a two-zone gas and two-zone electric hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. Of the four bedrooms, the first and second are each furnished with a double bed (all 180 x 200cm), the third with a double bed and a single bed, and the fourth with three single beds (all single beds 90 x 200cm). The bathrooms in both houses are fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet, and one of the bathrooms in the main house also has a bath. The further three bedrooms and three bathrooms are in the annex behind the pool. One bedroom has a bunk bed, the other two a double bed and two single beds. A washing machine, a highchair and a safe for your valuables are provided. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and wireless Internet access is included in the rental price. Lower floor is party club with billiard 8ft, darts, table soccer and karaoke stage.
In the enclosed 2000m² green garden, there is a private pool with a diving board, surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Or you can relax in the separate whirlpool under a blue sky with a view of the Biokovo mountains. There is a convenient outdoor shower. Children will enjoy the playground with swings and a slide, while adults can have fun on the volleyball court or with table tennis. You can enjoy leisurely holiday meals around the traditional stone grill. A car is recommended during your stay and you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of your holiday villa. The owner lives in the house next door and is happy to assist with any queries.

It is about 15km from the villa to the nearest long beach with good water sports facilities. The nearest shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a hospital are in Zadvarje about 2km away.
